Estate Planning During an Emergency

Over the past few weeks, we have received a flurry of inquiries from clients and prospective clients scrambling to create or modify their estate plans during the COVID-19 crisis. We are here to help. Our office is finding creating ways to interact with clients to discuss their needs, prepare documents and provide ideas for document signing. Having valid estate planning documents such as Wills and Health Care documents in place is helping our clients have some peace of mind during this challenging time.

Do you have an estate plan in place? Regardless of your age, everyone should have estate planning documents in place and up to date in case of an emergency. We are able to discuss your estate planning by telephone and video conferences. Please contact Raemi Gilkerson (RLG@eastsidelaw.net) or 425.885.4066.
